If you want to cater to the larger clients, do so. You might be able to grow by letting the smaller ones go, but don't keep them and ignore their needs.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work was both interesting and challenging. I loved getting to know everyone here. As the firm practices a variety of fields of law, there was always something new to learn from someone. I learned a lot in the time I was here.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm operates as a kind of full service firm. They serve both individuals as well as larger businesses. At times, I found that some of our smaller individual clients were being overlooked or neglected in favor of the bigger clients.
