The culture here is very respectful and professional. Everyone is grateful for your help and they tell you how much you're appreciated regularly. They really respect your contribution to the team.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay isn't as good as some other firms, especially in an expensive place like DC. But the firm is pretty small compared to some others, so that's to be expected.
