What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There need to be more opportunities for new hires to advance. By having a clear path to becoming an exceptional employee, new hires can become motivated to stay with the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A respectable firm that is a good way to get your feet wet so to speak. There are good people working here that are happy to help when you feel lost. The workload is manageable that it does not feel overwhelming. Offices are spacious and the business itself isaccommodating to your needs.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, advancement within the firm is long winded and near impossible. Working with others here is great; however, there are many long term attorneys who have been with the firm and are looking for advancement. You'll have to be exceptional in your work or develop some long term investments with the firm.
