What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There should be more room for growth within the firm. More positions should be added so workers are not multitasking too much and focusing on what is important.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
An all-around great experience filled with a courteous and competent staff. With a modest amount of personnel working, I was still able to keep my workload busy. My team was helpful at each step and was available when I needed assistance. Overall I had a wonderful time working at this firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Many people working at the firm have been with them for years so a promotion is hard to come by. My office space was a tad small, but manageable. However, the negatives do not outweigh my positive experiences with the firm.
