What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management, I think it's great you pay so well and I appreciate the financial security, and so does my family, but I would love the opportunity to prove my worth.I am doing work that is below what I am capable of.I can handle more responsibility.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
From the start I have received well above the medium pay and have gotten a yearly raise on top of that.Management takes time to help me when I have questions or concerns about something. I have gained more knowledge at this firm than any other one I've worked for.

What did you not like about this institution?
I have never worked on a large case since joining this firm; they're rare and only given to a select few.There are not many opportunities for promotions.I haven't been given an opportunity to really prove myself at this firm.
