What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I wish there was more interaction when I had first started. There are so many with years of experience when I had just began. A mentorship program would have also been nice.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really love working here. The benefits are great and the staff is wonderful. The work itself is similar to what you would do at a normal firm. Most firms wouldn't be this enjoyable to work for. It also has a great atmosphere.

What did you not like about this institution?
A lot of the people working here are older, so I felt out of place coming in at a young age. Everyone was pleasant enough though, and I fit right in. The billing was a bit hard to get used to, but once I did, it was easy enough.

5.Our new HR Manager rocks!Legal Assistant (Current Employee) - Richmond, VAAside from being totally underutilized, this has been a great place to work. Since we hired our new HR Manager, she has proven to be head and shoulders above our previous HR Manager, by utilizing the budget she has been given for office functions, such as a catered lunch for Cinco de Mayo, and a barbecue luau for the beginning of summer.
