There needs to be a clear path to promotions. This doesn't detract from the overall experience that is to be had here.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A professional work environment is radiated throughout the entire firm. The team here is very professional in their work ethic. The team encourages their employees to excel at a high level and goes out of their way to make sure the workload is distributed evenly. You never feel out of place or lost when it comes to your work here.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, you need spend some time here before receiving a promotion. Room for advancement is small and long termed employees are favored.Some of the benefits also do not come into effect until years after employment.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd like my Directors to review bills with me. It would help me become a better timekeeper if I could see what happens to my time after I enter it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked for Carter Conboy for many years and it's always been great. They expect the best from you and they support you by providing exceptional training, superior computer programs, and knowledgeable staff. I'd recommend this firm to anyone.

What did you not like about this institution?
Nothing really negative to report. I suppose we could increase the delivery of Cider Belly Donuts on Wednesdays, but that's not a real complaint!

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
I haven't worked with a partner that I haven't enjoyed. They are good mentors and will spend time with you. Friendly, open-door policy for most.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
They keep you engaged both professionally and personally. They want the best you have and are willing to support you. Successes are recognized. Also, they are big on community support and encourage you to volunteer time, join committees, boards, etc. - it's refreshing.
