What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
For a small firm I think there should be much more of a team environment present. Not only would it help with actual case work but people are more likely to stick around when they're happy with their coworkers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
CaroselliBeachler is a great small firm that is well respected in Pennsylvania. They're small but we worked on several complex cases while I was there.

What did you not like about this institution?
I found the working environment to be less than friendly and not that supportive. I would much prefer to work at a firm where everyone gets along well and helps each other out when needed.
