Please consider raising the compensation of associates and support staff. The current pay rate is not up to par the insurance is more expensive than it needs to be.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment here is very pleasant. The support staff is efficient and capable, and the associates are knowledgeable. There is a sense of "team spirit" that makes the office a fun place to spend time in.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay here is below market average, and the health insurance is expensive. Having a good work environment is nice, but I need to pay my bills.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff here is great. I get along with just about everyone. They all seem to be happy. The attorneys, and really all of the staff members, are intelligent beyond belief. We all work hard for what we believe in. I've been able to manage great balance between my life at the office and my life outside of it.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay here is way too low. As a secretary I barely made a livable wage, sometimes while working twice as hard as anyone in the office.

This firm should consider paying their employees more, this way employees will want to work harder and create more jobs for new employees.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I had a great time working for this firm and truly learned a lot. Management treats your career seriously and does it's best to make sure you are well prepared for your position and any future positions you may have. They also have a lot of upward mobility, which is nice.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay at this firm could be better. They do offer raises once you have reached a certain point, but it's still lower than other firms in the area.

Be mindful of peoples' work-life balance - most people enjoy inter-office activities, but some would rather spend this time totally away from work. Adopt a more consistent management style. Understand when people need guidance and structure, and when it's OK to let them figure things out by themselves.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Friendly environment with solid perks. Above-average in terms of room for growth, if you have proper credentials. Just kind of seems like a stable place you'd want to stay at for a while.

What did you not like about this institution?
Location is not great. Management sometimes seems to oscillate between being hyper-controlling in certain areas, but then very disorganized in others. Work-life balance is only alright sometimes.
