I want to advise management to take care of your staff because they are the backbone to the firm's success. Don't expect around-the-clock availability from staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Benefits are good and offices are well maintained. They have many programs that are designed to help employees focus on their health and general well-being. People here are generally down-to-earth and respectful of others. In short, family-friendly atmosphere is there.

What did you not like about this institution?
Like all law firms, long hours are required at workplace. Diversity dwindles with seniority. I have seen disrespect from some senior partners and associates.

They have gatherings a few times a year i.e. Opening Day, a Summer social, monthly birthday celebrations, holiday party etc. The benefits are wonderful, it's a medium sized firm with a family feel.ConsRaises are minimal but worth it for the way you're treated.
