What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
To management:please try to relax a bit and remember that we all have bad days but you have to hold yourselves to a higher standard.I don't mean to say you're doing a bad job but when you get like that the whole atmosphere is in that mood.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is plenty of work to go around; I'm always busy.Management has helped me improve and has stated on numerous occasions that they value my work ethic and commitment to the job.I feel valued by the team and get regular praise for my work.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is young and it's in its infancy so I don't get any bonuses or promotional opportunities at this time.Management is on edge at some times, which can be a big mood dampener.
