What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
To management, my advice is to be a little stricter with staff relations.This part of the firm can and should be improved for the betterment of everyone who works at the firm.Some brainstorming meetings would be great too.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have worked for Burch Porter and Johnson for a little over 8 years now as a full-time employee.After the first year, I was given a promotion and a generous raise and bonus based on my hard work.We get pushed to improve and challenging work on a regular basis. The atmosphere is competitive and has improved my own skill because of this.

What did you not like about this institution?
The one bad thing about the firm is that it is extremely stressful; the environment is very stressful because of the competitive atmosphere.It was hard the first few months to get over the stress and it can be overwhelming.
