Allow people to move upwards and get fresh blood into the mix to allow things to feel fresh and lively.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You can expect to be able to do your job without any issues or too much stress with it on you.
What did you not like about this institution?
The benefits are not up to par with that they should be. People are stretched thin and take more than they should have to.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
An updated document management system would be beneficial. The newer, cloud-based systems are more efficient compared to what's currently in use here.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The partners offer a variety of work to help develop young attorneys. The support staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The work environment is fairly relaxed, with no added pressure to work exorbitant hours. Annual salary increases and bonuses awarded after working the first year.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is slightly behind in the technology department, but is actively improving that area. Also, attorneys are expected to wear a suit Monday-Thursday, unlike some of the newer firms.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
There aren't any partners here you should avoid (unless you want to avoid talking for 20 minutes). We don't have "that partner" everyone fears; rather, it seems fairly collegial among the partners.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Most of the people working here have been friends for decades, which says a lot about the firm. Also, the partners make sure to host social events for the younger attorneys.
