This firm shows no commitment to diversity and a blatant disregard for the happiness and productivity of its staff. Most attorneys who care about their career should avoid this one.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you are promoted to partner or at least manager, then you can expect to have a cushy job here. The pay is fairly decent from what I have heard and read.

What did you not like about this institution?
Several mid-level managers at this firm are known for racism and sexist practices. Upper management has done little to nothing about it. This should be investigated.
