What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to find a balance between creating a stress free environment and making sure that the work does not suffer because of an atmosphere that some may think doesn't take things too seriously, including client cases. Other than that, it was a decent place to work at.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment is really carefree. Superiors are willing to socialize and interact with the lower level lawyers at the firm. This was something I found to be very beneficial when I first started out. I was able to get help when I needed it, as well as have a happy work environment.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the flaws of the care free environment created a lot of issues when it came to the quality of work we did for some clients. I think that sometimes, a lot of our superiors were too focused on being sociable rather than acting like bosses.
