What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
More opportunities need to be created to make it possible for associates to move up within the firm and that would lead to more motivation among the personnel.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really liked the associates I worked with when I first got to the firm. Everybody was really professional. I was immediately helped with any issues I had. And the pay was great as well. I also was surprised by the amount of knowledge that some of the lawyers at the firm had when it came to a variety of fields.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only issue I had was with the inability to progress in terms of position at the firm. I think that the firm seems to be comfortable with the tiers that certain associates have. Superiors tend to keep to themselves as well.
