What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm is great but it could be diversified to an extent. I think bringing in a varied team could make the firm even better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Baptiste & Wilder does important work in the field of labor law. Anyone with an interest in labor law or wanting to specialize in the field should be excited to work there. I participated in some truly amazing and interesting cases.

What did you not like about this institution?
The partners are a close knit group and at times it can feel like you will never become part of the group. However, I eventually felt welcomed.
