What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Except few senior attorneys everything is great at the law firm. You must always stay alert and never show lenient attitude at work.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Family atmosphere, while family doesn't always get along, but here everyone look out for and support each other. Entrepreneurialism is encouraged. Work/life balance is great for upper-level attorneys, for others it is decent. Ability to choose for whom you work.
What did you not like about this institution?
Some senior attorneys act like that you should know things even if you haven't been trained on those matters. Some senior attorneys are rude & disrespectful and make you feel like you're nothing in front of them.
