Many large firms claim to be this kind of firm. It is a great balance of big law and small law. Great place to work and great place to get experience on many different kinds of cases.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a great place to work. It is the type of firm that you dream about working for. One that is small but that has top level clients and cases. I have had many different kinds of cases. It is also a great place to move ahead and you get support from other lawyers in the firm. It is the kind of firm you want to stay with for life.

What did you not like about this institution?
It is an old school firm. That means you have to be committed and have to do some of the expected things at a small older law firm. You must dress and act the part. This can be hard for some, but most law graduates are suited for that.
