My advice is to actually respond to emails and to provide direct phone numbers. In addition, it is implausible to have assistants to paralegals answering phone calls and providing information that is often inaccurate.
Nothing - they are awful. They do not answer their phones, you get stuck leaving messages for the assistants of paralegals, and they have zero urgency.
I do not recommend ever working with this firm if you can avoid it.

I think providing associates at the firm with some way to blow off steam like a rec room or memberships to clubs could be beneficial to deal with the stress. Although it seems like a minor solution, I think it could be beneficial.
The When it comes to what the main focus of the firm is, it is all about meeting the goals of the clients and cases. It is a great environment for those like me who are all about making sure to provide a quality of work. The pay and benefits are great. I also think that working with a group of attorneys that have expertise in different areas of the law is something that has given me an extra desire to advance my career in law.
The The amount of hours that are sometimes needed for some cases can get a bit tiring. Because a lot of the cases we deal with are significant, the superiors definitely try to get as much focus on projects as possible when it comes to effort.
Set up a rigorous, mandatory mentoring program across the board for both attorneys and staff and consider half year reviews.
The corporate culture at B&P is caring and supportive which is why there are so many employees who have made their careers at the firm for decades.
Large firms often come with large bureaucracies but fortunately the Firm has managed to keep meetings and communications as streamlined as possible.
