What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I want to advise management that if you aren't sure about an associate, don't hire them. The firm shouldn't hire anyone with the intention that it will be a trial run. Because of these things the turnover ratio is high and faith of associates towards firm is declining.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I like the ongoing training that management provides as it keeps the employees abreast of the latest development about the firm and industry. I found attorneys to be Smart, polite and hard-working. The compensation is also good and caliber of assignments was great.

What did you not like about this institution?
The attorneys and associate turnover is on the higher side. The fact is scary that associates with good reviews got fired for no reason.
