Try to open up more positions for older employees to stay around, and continue to progress the firms business and careers.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I very much enjoyed my time working there. Everyone was great to be around and I feel like I progressed in my career.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, I had to leave to move onto bigger things. I feel like I outgrew the place and there wasn't a spot that I could hold.
