Make each day more inviting for everyone; we work hard but let's get some fun going in the place.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They are still my favorite place to work for. There is great comradery and the pay is top of the line.
What did you not like about this institution?
The expectations are very demanding and I see why there are so many that leave. We need more energy.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Support employees and don’t let 1-2 attorneys rule the roost. Hire someone to clean the building it’s gross. Encourage cooperation and conversation.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Good pay and benefits. There are some great people who work here. You do learn a great deal from knowledgeable attorneys.
What did you not like about this institution?
Mostly rude attorneys and management. New people do not feel welcome as the ones that are there are dinosaurs. Essentially you are expected from day one to be a replica of a 10+ year employee. No training, no support. When you walk in through reception seems like a nice place however rest of building is dingy and not well kept. I felt like building was dirty and musty. I have headache 90% of the time while there.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
There is one decent partner at this firm. If you are a new attorney or anything besides a partner you are may not feel welcome.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The pay is good. They pretty much pay for your insurance. Good staff of runners and law clerks. They get nice cake for special occasions.

Create a supportive and non toxic work environment.

Good pay, decent benefits.
What did you not like about this institution?
This place is the opposite of a teamwork environment. There is no support. It is very clear who is in charge and you are expected to bend over backwards and walk on eggshells around these attorneys. An unwelcoming place to be at daily.

There isn’t much that is good about this firm besides it is a steady paycheck.
What did you not like about this institution?
This place will say anything to get you in the door then it’s a nightmare. No training. Constant walking on eggshells. Unkept office. There is a reason they frequently have job openings.
