The management team needs to do a better job of hiring capable leaders of leading their staff. Staff needs to be trained to be more efficient. Lastly, work on building a welcoming environment.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management team does a great job in providing the staff with resources to produce high quality work. The culture is represented by the staff that collectively works together. Salary and benefits are competitive amongst other near firms.

What did you not like about this institution?
Not all things are great at the firm. Some of the leadership causes disorder under departments. As a result, long hours, more work, and a hostile environment are more prevalent.
