Keep up the great work, and encouragement to your employees goes a long way. As well, I always loved outside of work firm events. Continue that bond and encouragement outside of the workplace.
The managing partner Dan Cislo is an incredible boss. He is a wonderful individual to work for, and his passion for Intellectual Property and for his employees makes you want to succeed at this firm.
Not much to negatively say about the work experience. Takes awhile to get used to work processes as an employee, but only because they want to provide the best to their clients.
Not applicable. I cannot speak negatively about the management and partners of this firm, as they are all genuinely wonderful and want to see you succeed professionally and as an individual. It's in their best interest, too!
Management and employees. When you have great people to work with, it makes it much easier and enjoyable to go to work. If you spend most of your week with your co-workers, you'd want to be with co-workers and management like that of Cislo & Thomas.
The firm should continue its path to success by hiring top talent and bringing its current cases to a successful conclusion.
The firm charges top dollar to its clients, and you can see why. It delivers results consistently. If you can manage this, it might be the job for you.
The firm's practice areas can be a bit limited. You might find yourself handling cases you have no interest in because it is not your field of expertise.
Thank you.
