What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Find a way to make employees feel more valued. Quite frankly, they need to be paid more to reflect their efforts. Additional benefits might be a step in the right direction, but the solution appears to be straightforward, at least in its concept, if not necessarily how it should be executed.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Most people I talk to, from partner level to support staff, are mostly pleasant and helpful and provide useful feedback. You don't have to worry too much about mistakes being held against you.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work-life balance is not much of a priority here, and the pay does not always reflect the efforts and time one puts in. Many people don't work their hardest because the praise and guidance from others simply does not outweigh the mediocre compensation.
