What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Open up more senior positions and allow for more individuals to stay there for a longer period of time, which will make it a great place.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It's a great place to work, with a lot of intelligent individuals around you. It feels welcoming and is always nice.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is a high turnover due to limited positions that do not allow individuals that want to progress to stay on.
