There need to be more positions created to ease in new hires. Work hours are long, which leads to a difficulty in balancing life and work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a professional work environment that radiates with determination and motivation. The firm challenges its employees at every step, and because of this, a well-organized firm is present. Workload is distributed evenly between all attorneys. The staff makes it easy to understand how and when you work. Advancement opportunities are clear and office spaces are accommodating.

What did you not like about this institution?
The management team here is exceptional, but as with any firm, the hours are long and drawn out. This leads to more employees seeking other forms of employment, leading to a small turnover rate. However, this is just a small blight on an otherwise amazing firm.
