The firm should consider branching out into other practice areas and hiring the attorneys to do that work. The firm should also consider diversity more when making hiring decisions, both from within the firm and from outside the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You will spend a lot of your time one on one with clients, and learning to manage their expectations. You will earn a pretty solid salary at this firm. They are known for paying associates a respectable salary and benefits.

What did you not like about this institution?
The practice areas are somewhat limited. You may also find yourself working in the office on the weekends a lot. You have to want to work very hard at this firm.
