What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should continue to provide many opportunities for employees to earn CPE/PDU certification. There needs to be a more rounded focus of areas to not limit the learning of staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A law firm that is recognized as being one of the best places to work for. The office provides various opportunities to obtain a CPE/PDU.

What did you not like about this institution?
The focus of the firm is very limited. Sometimes the employees do not feel like they are part of the bigger picture of the firm. Career advancement is not something that is easy to do.
