What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I feel there needs to be an easier pathway to advance. The friendship is there but there seems to be a force within management to keep things the way they are.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A great place to work at, I really feel it was easy to communicate and show upper management what ideas I had. It is great to work with friendly and ambitious people.

What did you not like about this institution?
I don't think the pathway to move ahead is an easy to navigate path. I have several coworkers that often mention the same thing, and things staying the way they are seem the goal to some management people.
