Expand the firm and its scope of cases so that people can move up as the firm grows, give people something to look forward to in the future.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I like working here and this firm is a nice place that treats its employees very well. It's always busy, but not too hectic that it makes you stressed out or has to cut into your family life. The people are very pleasant and easy-going, and there is minimal drama.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only downside is that it's a smaller firm in a smaller area, so there isn't much upward mobility or chance for promotion here. You would have to switch to a new firm to make partner.
