Bai, Pollock was founded in 1973 on the bed rock principle of providing capable, cost-efficient and aggressive representation on behalf of its clients. The Firm serves both institutional and private clients with the same zeal, passion and drive to achieve the best possible outcome. Bai, Pollock proudly maintains the same philosophy as its founders and will tirelessly represent its clients and guide them across an often difficult legal landscape.
Bai, Pollock's commitment to its client's needs is paramount, and time in the office often extends beyond a normal 8 hour work day.
Capable and decent people make up a team dedicated to high quality representation of the firm's clients. Mutual respect and a joint sense of purpose create an excellent environment for the practice of law.
Keep treating people the way you would like to be treated.
In 2017 Bai Pollock returned the focus of the firm's law practice to insurance defense work, including premises and motor vehicle liability, workers’ compensation, professional liability, construction accidents, products liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and defense of first party actions. This commitment to the vigorous defense of clients is both refreshing and consistent with the vision and passion of the firm's founders: Arnie Bai, Paul Pollock, and Jeffrey Blueweiss.
At times we do have to work long hours to represent clients.
This firms treats people with respect. and empathy. A real sense of camaraderie built on candor and trust makes this a good place to work.
Management: take responsibility for the state of the firm and stop pointing the blame at us when it's you.You have made poor decisions and blame others, man up and take responsibility for your poor decisions.
This firm has a great location that is conveniently near lots of other useful offices. There is free parking and a lovely office park.Pay is average, and there is an available health and dental plan for those willing to get it.There are also some opportunities to grow.
Sadly, the founders of the firm are no longer with us.The current management has mismanaged it, and constant blame of others has caused the firm to decline and turned a well-respected firm into somewhat of a joke.
Thank you.
