My best advice is that you must learn how to manage work-life balance. Networking can prove to be a boon for you if you know how to use that.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
At Bondurant Mixson & Elmore LLP you are paid well if you perform. Salary and other benefits are great. Career advancement opportunities are also very good. Overall a great place to work.
What did you not like about this institution?
The hardest part of the job was workload, abundance of workload. But freedom they give you just to implement the tasks you do and finish your job makes up to that.
