What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
To management; don't be afraid to tell someone when they messed up or to pick up the pace: some people do a very lackluster job because they know they can get away with being lazy.Consider changing locations. I want to feel safe at work, not like my things might get stolen while I'm there.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are regular yearly raises and bonuses given out twice a year.The pay was great from the start.The work environment is pretty mellow and management is considerate and understanding.I am diabetic and am allowed to keep some food at my desk just in case I needed it.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is not a lot of room for growth or promotions.The location is pretty bad; I don't feel safe leaving my vehicle unlocked and it has been broken into one time while at work.Management is fairly mellow but that creates a lazy atmosphere.
