Advice to law firm management: Approach work with an open mind and a good work ethic and you will do well here.

Pros: I did a 6 month internship here so I don't have too much experience, but I found it to be a great place to learn and grow.

Cons: I wasn't able to get hired on for a permanent position but that might change in the future.

Advice to law firm management: Provide a better medical and dental plan. Support your team.

Pros: There are opportunities for advancement here. The hours are very flexible. The atmosphere is great and innovative. The support staff are wonderful.

Cons: The workload is very demanding. There is a huge time commitment here. Personalities are harsh and the industry is male dominated.
