What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Wind down the expectations on new comers so we don't lose the great talent that I know we have had in the past.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I liked the energy from everyone here, and everything went well since I started several years ago.

What did you not like about this institution?
The demands are often in the stratosphere, and that can scare away potential employees and we have lost some.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Maybe hire better support staff, but that's about it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great hands-on litigation experience early in your career. A lot of opportunities to take/defend depositions, argue motions in court, etc. The attorneys and staff are all extremely friendly and approachable. Weekly happy hours in the office. Used to have the best holiday parties and everyone at the firm and a guest was invited. Easy billable requirements to meet due to frequent court conferences.

What did you not like about this institution?
Too many court appearances during a given week (in all 5 boroughs) can take a lot out of you. The salary is okay to start but has limited room for growth unless you stick around for a long time.

Weekly happy hours in the office, Holiday party, funny partners and family feeling.
