Get people on more of a first name basis and make it livelier in the work rooms. We rarely talk about anything besides business.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This place always had big clients and the greatest employees involved. I like the atmosphere.

What did you not like about this institution?
The environment can be friendly, but also stone cold for no reason. A friendlier environment is wanted.

This firm provides excellent service to clients and treats its employees with respect and gratitude. The attorneys are recognized by their peers for their outstanding work.

What did you not like about this institution?
Being a small firm, employees are called upon to wear many hats. This is not the place for anyone not willing to pitch in and be a team player.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Everybody is very approachable if you have questions or don't understand something. There are other perks for support staff such as the occasional office lunch courtesy of management, or sweets in the break room.
