I think that firm management should take time to meet with associates and offer career guidance and mentoring even if that guidance involves career moves outside of Abrams, Gorelick."

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Abrams, Gorelick, Friedman & Jacobson was the first firm I worked for out of law school. I wanted to move to New York and Abrams ended up being a great firm to begin my career with. I learned a lot in the three years I was with the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Although I really enjoyed my time at Abrams I wasn't confident that there was a good opportunity for me to continue advancing or a good path for me to make partner. Ultimately, I left the firm so that I could progress as an attorney.
