What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nice place to work that puts the worker first and allows a fair bit of autonomy. Opportunities for advancement are also excellent. Good people within the organization and a seemingly genuine desire to help new employee.

What did you not like about this institution?
Environment is friendly but the management is very goal oriented. The operation side of the business is not in sync with customer service.
