What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would appreciate more stable hours; it's interfering with my home life and is kind of hurting my social life with my family and friends.Would appreciate some more clear paths for promotions or raises at the moment; I don't even know if that's a thing at all.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked for Anderson, McPharlin&Conners for six months and the first thing that I noticed was that the work environment is very peaceful; it's not chaotic at all and everything is very well organized.Management is available and willing to help us with our questions and concerns.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is a little below average and I'm not sure if raises are available the first year of work.I have not been given any opportunity or been told about promotion opportunities.The hours are long and tiring, I'm regularly requested to work overtime.
