There is a disconnection between corporate management and in store management creating some problems within the firm and for the staff trying to do their job.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Good place to start if you have little experience because it offers good training opportunities. HR is good and pleasant. Management is very motivated and hard working.

What did you not like about this institution?
Customers can be nasty and rude. Management are sometimes rude and stressful because they're motivated and hardworking. Benefits are lacking a little.
