Hire some more employees. Work on upping the efficiency to decrease wasted time and free that up to help pick up the slack.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm values individualism and creativity when approaching tasks. Very supportive place that realizes people will stumble now and then, but that's where the learning takes place.

What did you not like about this institution?
Shortage of employees. Sometimes there is too much work to go around, and people get stuck working late or on the weekend.
