What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to reconsider their budget and provide employees with better pay incentives. Otherwise, good employees will leave and find better opportunities elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I became very close to the members of this firm and we all felt like one big happy family. Everyone, including management, treated others with respect and offered great vacation time each year.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only reason why I left this firm was because of a better opportunity. I found employees and management to be great, but the pay could have been better and I would have stayed longer if they had paid me more.
