They should spend some money on a marketing campaign. There might be a lot more work for everyone if more people knew about the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Employees can achieve a perfect work-life balance. The atmosphere is not too competitive or demanding. You can basically set your own hours and workload and vacation whenever you please.

What did you not like about this institution?
You'll have to bring in a lot of work. The firm doesn't provide you with enough assignments to support a full caseload. If you aren't a self-starter, this might not be for you.
