This firm needs to do a better job of paying their employees properly. Raised wages should not be a second thought and employees will look elsewhere if their employment needs are not met.

The management at this law firm is very positive and motivational. They work with employees consistently to ensure the best productivity among workers and what they can improve on. Management is always welcome to constructive criticism and takes employees questions and concerns to heart.
