Trust in the capabilities of the professionals at the firm to handle clients with care in order to optimize workflow and improve customer service.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was only employed for a year but I really felt that my opinions were taken seriously by the partners. I felt like a part of the team right from the start.

What did you not like about this institution?
The partners put so much care into their clients that they sometimes over-analyze communication and it can lead to delays and work backing up.
