What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm should consider offering optional overtime, that way the employees who want the extra hours can have them and those who don't can see friends and family.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked at this firm for 5 years now and have never considered leaving. Management is friendly and approachable but also firm when it comes to their standards. Bad employees are let go and management does very well at keep this firm running like a well-oiled machine.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only downside to this firm is the hours. Most weeks I work well over 40 hours which is good for my paycheck, but I rarely get to see friends or family sometimes. I wish the work-life balance was better.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If HR can rein in the people that don't seem to do as much work as others, this place would be even better. Even with the issue, the place is still has a great atmosphere.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
All my time here has been great and have learn a lot even when I thought I knew everything. Great focus from everyone here.
What did you not like about this institution?
The resource department seems to slack a bit since I believe they think everyone is always at 100 percent, which sometimes isn't the case.
