What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that if management would reassess the compensation offered to employees this would be a fantastic place to work. It's already good, but a pay raise would make it great.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Carlson Caspers is a great place to work. It's a smaller firm, which means that everyone gets a chance to get to know everyone else. People are helpful and the partners seem to truly care about the wellbeing of their employees.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay here could be a bit better, but that's about it. The benefits are pretty good, so that helps to balance the low pay.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Keep adapting as a firm to the changing ways of the industry around you.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I get a very positive vibe working at this firm. My coworkers are like my second family. We're always together, we get along well, and we always have each other's backs, even in the most stressful of times. All of my work is noticed, good or bad, but instead of just coming down on you for mistakes, my good work gets rewarded, even if it's a simple statement. There's always something to do. I was never bored, the work is very interesting.
What did you not like about this institution?
Parking can be a hassle at times. But if that's the biggest issue, I can get used to it.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice to management would be to continue to help employees grow in their respective careers and I believe there should be more projects for junior employees.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It was a very friendly environment. Everyone treated each other as family. I also liked that there were only about 50 employees so we all were able to build great professional relationships with each other.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm itself is located near the downtown area so there is usually traffic. Also, we have to park our vehicles in a parking garage that is not near the actual building.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
More aggressive efforts could bring up the capital and bring expansion to this law firm. Then they could afford to pay their people a little better.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There were only 30 or so employees so they give a positive vibe to the office.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately with a small firm comes small wages. The advancementopportunities are very few and far between leaving you in the same positions for years.
