The firm's partners are brilliant legal minds and leaders in the community. They have created a wonderful work environment.
The people, from the partners to the interns! It is an absolute pleasure to work for the firm and to be part of the team advancing our clients' cases.
Keep doing what you're doing. I am grateful to work for and with a bunch of great people. The entire staff are always treated with dignity and respect. I feel like the partners are always interested in hearing feedback and opinions from the staff. I have been trusted with a lot of responsibilities and given a lot of opportunity to develop professionally.
I have worked for the partners of this firm for over ten years. There is a very collegial and collaborative atmosphere at this firm. Everyone is expected to be a staunch advocate on behalf of our clients and everyone works together to help each other out. I thoroughly enjoy the work. Though it is a busy office, I like that there is always something new to work on and it makes the workday go by very quickly.
All of the partners are very friendly and approachable. They are great mentors, too.
Without a doubt, my favorite things about this firm are the people. Although we work hard, we also have fun together. We have a lot of firm sponsored events such as lunches, dinners, outings, zoom meetings, etc. and this gives everyone an opportunity to socialize and get to really know each other in a relaxed setting.
Advertise a bit more to pull in more work and give your workers more freedom to be creative and show how unique they can be. Other than that, just provide some more stepping stones for the newer guys to look for so they don't want to leave.
This is a great place to work if you're just starting out and want to get your foot in the door and see what it's like to really work and get some job experience. The pay is acceptable and the benefits are good too.
There is just not enough work to be done. I find myself bored at times and wishing there was more to be done. It sometimes feels like a ghost town. They lack opportunities for future career options.
Thank you.
